    1974 - 1988: Research Faculty at various academic institutions. Was involved in numerous research projects including:
    -Pyrimidopyrimidines and their analogs were evaluated for their biological and pharmacological evaluations as anti-parasitic drugs.

    -Radio-labeled compounds were used to study the fragmentation of DNA and RNA in the biological fluid of cancer patients through Mass Spectroscopy.

    -Develop the chemical coating on silica and its use in the separation of complex biological fluids.

    -Development of urease covalently bound silica base material for urea removal in an artifical kidney.
